When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed during office hours (from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. till 1.00 p.m.) are usually initialized in the same day and the delivery is carried out in time-frame depending on the destination country. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
Shipments are made by GLS in Italy; in other countries by Fedex.
Since shipments are not made on Saturday or Sunday or holidays, they will be made on the following work day.

What are the delivery times and costs?
Delivery times for the products vary according to country of destination.
The costs of delivery offered may vary according to the country of delivery.
The charges will be indicated on the order summery, as well as in the confirmation e-mail.
All promotions will be indicated on the website.

Does the order date differ from the shipment date?
The order date refers to the date on which the order is placed and confirmed on the website; whereas the delivery date refers to the date on which the goods are dispatched from our warehouse and handed over to the carrier.

Can deliveries also be made to an alternative address?
Carrier can also deliver to an alternative address (for example, your workplace); you just need to provide the delivery address and specify all the necessary details for successful delivery.
For security reasons, carrier cannot deliver to post boxes or to poste restante at post offices.

Will the carrier contact me before the delivery?
It is not usual for carriers to contact you in advance, nor can they guarantee deliveries at specific times.

How can I track the delivery status?
As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an e-mail confirming all shipping details.
You can check, at any time, the status of your order by contacting Customer Services.

What happens if the carrier does not find anyone at home at the address indicated for the delivery?
Both in Italy and abroad, the delivery process requires that, in the event that the recipient is absent when the carrier arrives, the carrier leaves a card with contact details to organise a second delivery, in order to successfully complete the delivery.
After several failed delivery attempts, goods will return to our own warehouse and the amount of your order will be refunded by the same payment method utilised, minus any cost that we incurred.
